Company

FYNIX is built by operators who've moved money for real.

Two entities. Three continents. One thesis: cross-border payment infrastructure is broken for students, workers, and the families who fund them. FYNIX exists to fix it — through regulated partners, not around them.

Corporate structure

Two entities, purpose-built for the corridors we serve

The FYNIX group is Fortex Technology LLC in Montana, registered with FinCEN as an MSB; Fortex Technology Pte Ltd in Singapore for the APAC / MPI path; and Chennai as the engineering and operations base.

United States

Fortex Technology LLC

Montana-incorporated entity registered with FinCEN as a Money Services Business — MSB registration number 31000322646544, verifiable on FinCEN's MSB Registrant Search. The base for US-dollar rails, the US-Mongolia corridor, US regulator-facing filings and sponsor-bank conversations.

Singapore

Fortex Technology Pte Ltd

Singapore entity anchoring the APAC / MPI licensing path and integration with our APAC last-mile partner for MYR, SGD, INR, LKR and local instant-payment rails.

India

Chennai engineering hub

Product, backend platform, operations and support are anchored in Chennai — with a formal India GTM track pursuing PA-CB-I, GIFT City PSP, AD-II and sponsor-bank arrangements.
