A platform designed to review cleanly.
FYNIX's operations pack was written to be underwriter-ready — for our sponsor bank, payout partner and compliance counterparts. This is how we describe ourselves, and why the language matters.
FYNIX is a regulated cross-border payments and remittance platform with multi-currency wallets and named virtual accounts, operated through licensed partners. FYNIX is not a bank and does not take deposits.
18+ across the board
Launch compliance posture is no minor wallets. Parent-funded student flows use separately KYC'd parent and student wallets. Corridor diagrams identify the initiator explicitly as "Parent or student".
- ✓ 18+ minimum for every FYNIX wallet at launch
- ✓ Parent-to-student funding documented as a family transfer
- ✓ Students and migrant workers in launch scope
- ✓ SMEs and government / G2P programmes deferred to a later phase
What we say — and what we don't
"Regulated cross-border payments and remittance platform with multi-currency wallets and named virtual accounts operated through licensed partners"
"Digital bank", "banking platform", or anything that could imply deposit-taking or independent banking authority.
Regulated infrastructure, chosen for fit
Every rail we integrate is licensed in the market it serves. FYNIX doesn't hold customer funds — our partners do.
US MSB stack
Fortex Technology LLC (Montana) pursues US MSB registration, with US IBAN issuance and sponsor-bank arrangements sequenced through a shortlist of regulated counterparties.
Singapore rails
Fortex Technology Pte Ltd anchors our APAC / MPI licensing path and integrates with a regulated APAC partner for MYR / SGD / INR / LKR last-mile flows, including local instant-payment rails.
Outbound payouts & FX
Our payout, local-collection and FX partner sits behind every outbound flow across launch corridors — providing the regulated last-mile that FYNIX orchestrates on top of.
Reconciliation-first. Auditable end-to-end.
Every transaction touches the FYNIX ledger before, during, and after partner rails move funds. Every material change in the operations document updates its companion evolution log — internally.
KYC on every wallet
Student, parent, worker, agent and super-agent — all pass separate KYC. Agent activation requires vetting checklist and FYNIX admin clearance.
Ledger as source of truth
Every debit and credit is recorded in the FYNIX internal ledger, even when originated by a partner provider. This supports reconciliation, auditability and provider portability.
Transaction monitoring & SAR workflow
Documented transaction-monitoring policy, MLRO oversight, and SAR workflow are all wired into the admin console. Escalation paths are auditable.
Daily tri-party reconciliation on pilot corridors
On corridors like US → Mongolia, FYNIX ledger reconciles daily against US partner statements and destination-partner statements. Graduation gates require clean SAR/CTR, reversal, reconciliation, sanctions and satisfaction criteria.
A written document — not just a slide
The FYNIX operations document maps entities, verticals, money flows, vIBAN coverage, compliance controls and partner onboarding asks. It's the gating deliverable for bank and provider underwriting — and it evolves with a companion log so internal changes are traceable.
