FYNIX provides cross-border payment and remittance services including multi-currency wallets, named virtual accounts, and payouts, delivered through licensed partners. Services vary by region and are subject to applicable regulations.

5. Fees and Charges

Fees are disclosed as a single all-in rate before you confirm a transaction. We may modify fees with prior notice. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any purpose that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FYNIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
